RULES
- Fill the grid with digits 1-9 using normal Sudoku Puzzle Rules
- Additionally, the circled cells represent the sum of digits along the arrow pointed from that circle.
- This combines Kakuro / Killer sudoku logic, but with the twist that sometimes the sum itself needs to be found by the solver
